At Bilkul Sleep, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. 100-Night Risk-Free Trial
All Bilkul mattresses come with a 100-night risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress within the first 100 nights, you can return it for a full refund.
Trial Requirements:
- The trial period starts from the date of delivery
- We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust
- Returns must be initiated within the 100-night window
- One trial per household per product
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return:
- Mattresses: Within 100 nights of delivery
- Pillows: Within 30 days of delivery
- Bedding and accessories: Within 30 days of delivery
- Furniture: Within 30 days of delivery (must be in original packaging)
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Custom or special-order items
- Products that have been significantly altered
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Call us at 888.498.0003 or email returns@Bilkul.com
- Provide Order Information: Have your order number and product details ready
- Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Schedule Pickup: We will arrange for free pickup of your item
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
4. Refund Process
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after pickup
- Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: 5-10 business days depending on payment method
Refund Methods:
- JazzCash refunds will be credited to the original JazzCash account
- EasyPaisa refunds will be credited to the original EasyPaisa account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Mattress Return Process
For mattress returns during the 100-night trial:
- We will arrange for free mattress pickup from your home
- The mattress will be donated to a local charity or recycled
- No need to compress or package the mattress
- Full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping)
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model:
- Contact us within the return window
- We will process your return and new order simultaneously
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Exchange orders may be subject to additional delivery time
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free replacement or full refund
- No return necessary for replacement in some cases
8. Warranty Claims
All Bilkul mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty. For warranty claims:
- Contact Customer Service with proof of purchase
- Provide photos and description of the issue
- We will assess the claim and provide repair or replacement
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear
9. Refund Exceptions
The following situations may affect your refund:
- Products returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%)
- Missing accessories or parts may reduce refund amount
- Returns initiated after the eligible period will not be accepted
